If you not use Google Analytics, then you create a new Google Analytics account for your site. Here's how:
1. sign into http://www.google.com/analytics/ - this url, and then create a new Google Analytics account.
2. click to Create New Website Profile, to add your web page url and then choose website profile.
3. when registration is completed then the website profile screen appears. You'll see the registered website with a number in this format: 'UA-XXXXXX-XX.' This is the code that you need in order to get Analytics to work with your site.
4. Copy that code and go to your site that will be tracked by Analytics. Click More Actions and select Manage Site.
