Keyword Density

Q. What is Keyword Density ?
Ans : Keyword density is the ratio of times a keyword or a key-phrase used on the content of a page compared with the total number of words used on content . It helps your main keywords to have the right keyword density to improve rank on search - engine.

Calculation : To calculate the density of keyword , we have to remember a formula : - {(Nkr/Tkn) * 100)} Nkr is how many times you repeated the specified keyword and Tkn the total words in the analyzed text .This result is the keyword density value. And for calculating the density of a keyword phrase the formula would be {(Nkr * Nwp / Tkn) * 100} , on here Nwp is the number of words in the phrase.

for example, for a page about search engine optimization where that phrase is used four times and there are four hundred words on the page, the keyword phrase density is (4*3/400)*100 or 3 percent
